Midwest Tire Company

Midwest Tire Company was amazing and really saved us after a pretty stressful morning. Our tire was slashed overnight in our hotel parking lot and we were supposed to be heading back home that day. I called Midwest Tire and the person on the phone was so friendly and immediately told us to come in and that they would help us out. Everyone there was just as nice. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They knew we were from out of town and trying to get back on the road, and you could tell they really wanted to help make that happen. We didn’t have to wait long either. After such a lousy start to the day, it was so nice to end up somewhere with genuinely kind people who knew what they were doing and took care of us. Really grateful we found them.

Lucky me that I found this shop. On a cross-country trip passing thru Nebraska, I found myself urgently in need of new tires. I pulled in, no appointment required . They had the tires I needed in stock and I had 4 new tires in the time it took me to respond to a couple texts and answer some emails. And at a VERY fair price. Thank you Midwest Tire Service for your professionalism. And thank you for my knowing that the rest of the journey out East would continue safely.

Had to get new tires, and when I say Jon took care of me I mean… He took care of me! Found me what I needed and gave me a much better deal than I expected. Love honest businesses with integrity that I want to take care of the community. Will definitely be back. Thanks Jon, I appreciate you.

I went to leave today and someone STOLE ONE SINGLE TIRE off my car. Midwest Tire Company saved the day!! I had no idea what to do so I looked up locally owned, Omaha downtown tire shop and found them. I spoke with Jim and he walked me through my best options, explained the most affordable way to get back on the road. Gave me honest advice and advised on how to save some money throughout. I got a spare put on, found a rim and picked it up. I got to the tire shop around noon, I did not have an appointment and they got to work right away. They handled the tire replacement, mounting the correct tire they found onto the rim I brought in. The whole team was professional, friendly and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, charged a super fair price and made the whole tragedy seem - not so tragic. It didnt cost an arm and leg, and they didnt push for any other thing to get done- with a 2008 vehicle they could have found plenty to fuss over. I sat in the office waiting area and listened to them take phonecalls and talk to other customers - and it was so nice to see how genuinely helpful they were, the confidence and kind words mean so much when you have car trouble. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
